The Rooms
Mouldy old bathrooms, threadbare linen and lumpy beds simply will not do! And we are pleased to say you won’t find any such holiday horrors here at Rose Dene.
What you will experience are tastefully furnished rooms with luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen, soft, fluffy towels, superbly comfortably beds and plump pillows, modern power showers, and sophisticated complimentary toiletries.
All nine rooms feature flatscreen TVs, refreshment trays including bottled water, hairdyers, USB sockets, and modern eco-friendly en suite bathrooms
Room '0'
Situated on the ground floor, this is perhaps our most popular room, decorated in contemporary grey tones and featuring a double sleigh bed, a smart TV, and a spacious bathroom complete with a fabulous rain shower

On the first floor, this room is ideal for the solo traveller, with a comfortable single bed, en suite bathroom with shower, and TV
Room '2'
This first-floor double room possesses a bay window, a super-comfy superking bed for maximum sleeping space, and a large TV. A pretty poppy theme is reflected in the room’s artwork, including an original painting.
Room '3'
Perfect for friends or siblings, this first-floor room has twin beds, an enormous shower for winding down after a hard day’s sightseeing, and a SMART TV.
Room '4'
A first-floor double room, you can enjoy the benefits of a smart TV here as well as a vanity sink unit in the bedroom in addition to the en suite bathroom. The décor lends this comfortable room a more traditional feel with its gold print Fleur de Lis décor, and champagne-coloured tub chair
Room '5'
Our other offering for solo guests, this second-floor room provides a single bed, a large TV, and a small but powerful shower.
Room '6'
So-called because of the striking striped feature wall, this twin room with en suite and TV is perfect for two people who prefer more privacy, as there is plenty of space between the beds.
Room '7'
On the second floor you'll find our quietest room at the rear of the property. Fall asleep in the extremely comfortable super king bed or watch your favourite programmes on the large TV. En suite shower room is included.
Room '8'
This double room on the second floor offers the same facilities as our other rooms, on a slightly more compact scale. It has a standard double bed, TV, and a vanity unit in the bedroom to complement the en suite bathroom.
