Are all rooms en suite?
Yes, all nine rooms have modern en-suite bathrooms featuring eco-friendly power showers and luxurious bed linen and towels.
Do all rooms have TVs, tea and coffee?
Yes, all rooms have flat screen televisions (some of which are smart TVs), refreshment trays including bottled water, and complimentary toiletries.
Are any rooms on the ground floor?
Yes, the Chester double room is situated on the ground floor.
Is there a minimum length of stay?
We ask that all bookings are for a minimum of two nights.
Do you have WiFi?
Of course! Free wi fi is available throughout Rose Dene.
Where can I park?
There is a private car park outside the property and free on-road permit parking close by – if you contact us before your arrival we can advise you on what to do when you arrive.
What time is breakfast served?
We serve our delicious freshly cooked breakfast between 8.30am and 9.30am.
Are you a ‘green’ guesthouse?
All our showers are eco-friendly; we use environmentally friendly toilet paper and toiletries; and have roof-mounted solar panels to generate our electricity.
Are you motorbike friendly?
We welcome motorcyclists and you are welcome to park your bike in our private car park – please let us know in advance to ensure we can reserve a space.
How far away is the town and beach?
Scarborough’s beautiful North Bay beach is just a five-minute stroll away, and the town centre and all the main local attractions are a 10-minute walk.
Can I bring my dog?
Sorry no, we do not accept pets.
